Music production course
Home recording, DAW, mixing and mastering, AI: produce your tracks in the school studio.
The course
From the first idea to the finished track. The music production course teaches you to use a DAW (Ableton Live, Logic Pro or FL Studio), to record, arrange, mix and finalise your own tracks, with lessons in the school's recording studio.
Who it is for
For songwriters, singers and musicians who want to produce their own songs, beatmakers and anyone who wants to start working in a studio.
What you will learn
- Using the DAW: sessions, MIDI, audio
- Recording vocals and instruments
- Sound design, beatmaking and arrangement
- Mixing: EQ, compression, effects
- Preparing the track for distribution
- Artificial intelligence tools for music production
How it works
One-to-one lessons of 45 or 60 minutes, once a week. The programme is personalised: each lesson alternates technique, applied theory and repertoire chosen together. During the year students can take part in ensemble workshops, the end-of-year recital and sessions in the school's recording studio.
