What data we collect and why

• Information and trial lesson requests (Contact and Trial lesson forms): name, phone, email, student's age, course of interest and message. Purpose: to answer the request and arrange the trial lesson. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Open Day booking: name, email and chosen day. Purpose: to manage access to the event and send a reminder. Legal basis: Art. 6.1.b GDPR.
• Course enrolment: personal and contact details of the student and, for minors, of the parent or guardian; data needed for the membership card and invoicing. Legal basis: contract and legal obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
• Communications about events, recitals and masterclasses: only with consent, which can be withdrawn at any time (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Browsing data: the site does not use its own tracking systems. See the Cookie Policy.

Providing the data marked as required is necessary to process the request; without it we cannot reply or provide the service.

Processing methods and security

Data are processed with electronic and paper tools, by authorised staff, with appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

Retention

• Information and trial lesson requests: up to 12 months from the request, unless you enrol.
• Open Day bookings: up to 3 months after the event.
• Members' data: for the duration of membership and for the following 10 years, limited to accounting and tax records.
• Consent to communications: until withdrawn.

Recipients

Data are processed by the office and the teachers involved. They may be shared with accounting and tax advisers, banks, IT service providers (hosting, email) appointed as data processors, and with the authorities where required by law. They are not sold to third parties for commercial purposes. The site embeds Google Fonts and Google Maps: displaying them may involve the transfer of technical data to Google LLC under its privacy policy.

Minors

For students under 14, data are provided and consent is given by the parent or the person with parental responsibility.

Your rights

You can at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent by writing to paroleemusicaacademy@gmail.com or by certified email (PEC) to paroleemusicaacademy@pec.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
